White Glove Delivery:

The maximum footprint of any of our massage chairs is 37" wide x 65" in length, in the upright position and fully assembled.

The footprint of smaller models may be as narrow as 29" x 56" in length and fully assembled.

Most of our L-track massage chairs are space savers, and can be placed within inches of a wall.

Others may need up to 16" to 18" of clearance behind it, so it has room to recline.

White Glove Delivery charges:

Depending on the model purchased, White Glove delivery may be included in the purchase price of your massage chair.

- Our standard White Glove delivery charge to a ground floor level is currently $250-.

- For placements other than ground floor levels, additional charges may apply.

- If your massage chair needs to be disassembled and reassembled to accommodate a narrow passageway, an additional charge may apply.

- NYC deliveries may incur additional charges.

Passageways:

To safely move a massage chair into your home, 32" is the minimal clearance required of all passageways.

It's the customer's responsibility to clear all passageways to the final placement area of the massage chair.

Our technicians are happy to help if assistance is needed, but Air Speed Service Co. is not liable for damages if we're helping to clear a passageway.

For deliveries other than ground floor:

We always do our best to place your massage chair where you want it, now to date this has never happened, but depending on the conditions, our technicians may decline to move a massage chair to an upper floor only if:

- The age or conditions of the passageway is deemed unsafe in any way, including having adequate structural support.

- Passageways are less than 32" wide, which includes the space between a wall and/or handrails.

- Inadequate clearance to turn or maneuver the massage chair, without damaging the chair or the premises. This typically applies to hallways, stairways and landings.

Price Match: We'll match any advertised price that you'll find on the internet.

  • It must be an identical model at an authorized dealer's website.
  • This includes any models that we carry or is available to us.
  • The item must be in stock, in new condition and in the original packaging, not an open box, floor model, refurbished, or a discontinued product.
  • We reserve the right to pass on the sale, if it's not in the best interest of our company.

Massage Chair Service & Warranties:

Massage Chairs, Inc. is a division of Air Speed Service Co., and due to our extremely busy schedule, we provide massage chair service for our customers only.

If you purchased your massage chair from another retailer, please contact them for service.

Battery backup + Power surge protection

To prevent issues and voided warranties, all massage chairs must be protected from electrical spikes by using a quality surge protector.

Failure to use a quality surge protector may void your warranty.

If there's a power outage to your home, or even if a circuit breaker were to trip - having an Unlimited Power Supply (UPS) will allow your massage chair to release the air from any airbags that may be inflated, and also allow it to reset itself to the upright position.

UPS devices are typically surge protected, and can be found on Amazon or most retail stores that carry electronics for under $100-.

At the time of this writing, Amazon Basics has one available for around $50-.

For power sizing, most massage chairs typically draw less than 200 watts, which is under 2 amps.

Please don't dismount your massage chair while it's in the massage mode, or before it's fully reset.

Doing so can result in specific massage chair malfunctions, including but not limited to: stripped foot roller gears, and/or damage to your back pad support strapping and back roller mechanism.

These types of repairs are easily identified and will not be covered under warranty.

Once your warranty has expired, if you'd like to do your own service we'll be happy to advise you via phone, text and email, at no charge.

Our 2023 in-home service rate is currently $95- per hour, billed in 1/2 hour increments.

Locations beyond a 35 mile radius of 08724 may incur a partial return trip charge, just to cover our expenses.

Some of our service calls are completed in one trip, and within the first hour once we arrive.

There's a minimum service charge of 2 hours or $190-, within a 35 mile radius of Brick NJ, which includes one way travel time to your location.

30 Day Exchange & Return policy:

  • We do everything in our power to help you select the "right" massage chair, but if for any reason you're not satisfied with your new massage chair, we do offer a 30 day return or exchange policy.
  • The 30 day period begins on the day of purchase.
  • One return or exchange per customer.
  • All exchange or return requests must be submitted in writing via email or text.

  • This return policy does not apply to refurbished or floor models, because they're drastically discounted and unless otherwise noted on receipt, all sales are final.

Please note that the terms and conditions listed below are not meant to discourage returns. They're meant to prevent the abuse of the return system.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Returns must be approved prior to return shipping. Any returns without approval will not be accepted.
  • One return or exchange per customer.
  • In the case of returns or exchanges, if white glove delivery was included in the sale, or if white glove pickup is requested, additional charges may apply.
  • Upon receipt of a massage chair, the customer is responsible for any damages to the chair, including but not limited to:

scuffs, scratches, odors, spots, and stains, missing parts, and accessories.

  • The dollar amount of any damages will be determined by the fair market value of the used massage chair, in the same condition, and will be determined by an officer of Massage Chairs, Inc.
  • Emails, texts, pictures, videos, or other forms of media may be required prior to the return approval, to help us understand any issues with your massage chair.
  • This will be requested prior to the return approval, and it's the customer's responsibility to comply with such requests, or the return request will be denied.
  • Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee, however return shipping fees may be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

  • Must be returned in its original boxes and the chair must be in brand new condition. If not an additional charge will be applied, so please keep this in mind as the original delivery service will handle the removal of packaging debris.
  • Returning your massage chair is the responsibility of the buyer, but we do offer pickup depending on your location.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable.
  • Credit card fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order, minus any incurred charges.
  • Due to factory personalization of the Luraco i9 Max Special, additional charges will apply to modify any personalization to the chair and remote control.

Cancellations:

  • We will refund your order in full less credit card processing fees, only if you cancel before the chair is shipped.
  • Cancellations will be considered a return once the order has shipped.
  • Once you receive the order, if you return it in the original unopened packaging, you'll be responsible for the forward and return shipping only.
  • No restocking fee will apply.

Floor models and Refurbished:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise noted on your invoice.
  • These massage chairs are guaranteed to be in 100% working order, but may have minor cosmetic imperfections on them, such as scuffs or scratches.
  • Any imperfections will be brought to the attention of the buyer, and are considered in the sale price.
  • Unless otherwise noted on a receipt, all floor models and refurbished massage chairs come with a 1 year parts & labor warranty.

Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for returns to be inspected and for the refund to be processed.
