Massage chairs are like anything else. You'll get what you pay for.

There are 3 different grades of massage chairs - cheap, mid-grade, and premium quality.

They all have a similar look to them, but that's where the similarities end.

The price is based on its design and features, the quality of the components installed during the construction of the chair, and the quality of the after-sales service and support.

#2 - How long do massage chairs last?

It depends on the quality. In the massage chair industry, you'll absolutely get what you pay for.

Based on our own experience plus what other's have shared with us, a cheap massage chair's lifespan is anywhere from 0 to a few years at best.

A quality massage chair will typically last from 5 to 10 years, and a premium quality chair should last 10+ years and more.

#3 - How long will it take for my massage chair to arrive?

If we don't have it in stock and need to order it, it'll typically arrive to us in 5 to 10 business days, except for the holidays where it may take a little longer.

Once we have it, we usually bring it to you next business day.

#4 - What's the most likely part on a massage chair to fail?

The most common failure on a massage chair is the motherboard.

It's definitely not common on a quality massage chair, but everything mechanical - no matter the quality, can have an issue somewhere along the line.

The motherboard controls every single thing that a massage chair does, so if one part of the massage chair is not operating as it should, the motherboard may have an issue.

We've been in the mechanical service business since 1996, and in 2015 we added massage chair sales & service to our product offerings.

#6 - Who should I call if I need service, and you're either out of business or no longer available?

This question is sometimes asked and reflects the reality of life, so this is a 2 part answer.

This question isn't asked very often but occasionally it is presented, and there are a number of reasons why someone should choose us over a big box store.

Selection - We don't sell just any massage chair. We fully vet our chairs before we bring them into the showroom. because there are models that have inherent mechanical issues, or the mechanical quality just isn't there.

Also, there are models out there that don't perform as well as others, so we sell the top performing models only.

Returns - Big box stores typically have lenient return policies, and so do we, but - we do everything in our power to make sure that you found the right massage chair.
